Filter: Advanced drilldown and filtering allows quick-click review of relevant skills and experience. ResourceStation dynamically analyzes the text surrounding search terms, selects contextually relevant secondary terms and presents them back within the interface for review and filtering. This avoids the need to review and read every single resume from the search results or look for additional skills and experience that are relevant for the role.

Load: Select one or multiple candidates and add them directly to an existing Tearsheet right from the results screen in Bullhorn. Using daXtra’s world-leading parsing technology, sourced candidates are parsed, checked for duplicates, and loaded into Bullhorn.
